Once agreed the Design Process will start, this will involve meetings, seeing your spaces in real life, meetings to discuss your needs, likes and wants. Based on this an initial concept will follow. After having discussed the concept with you, we will start with the detailed design, the drawings and furniture and finishes selection.
Again all of this will be presented for you and once approved, we will start with the "building, procurement and furnishing".

Furnishing Services:
At Jam By Hedayat we can help you furnish your apartment/home and get it ready to be let or for you to move in. From beds, sofas and tv’s to cutlery, vacuum cleaners and bed linen. We will source, order, arrange for deliveries and installation so you can relax and walk into a new home ready to be lived in or let out to tenants. We will discuss your wishes and budget, create floor plans, colour schemes, and furniture suggestion for you to approve after which we’ll take care of everything.
